Service and spare parts are handled by people of the Courtoy Business Unit with Niro. Service for the US, Canada and Puerto Rico is provided by Courtoy trained technicians based out of Columbia Maryland. On average our technicians have 10 years of experience on Courtoy presses. Niro proposes service contracts to all customers. Twice a year the presses will be inspected and calibrated for a trouble free production. If something goes wrong a service technician will be on site within 24 hours if requested. Niro stocks more than $1,000,000 in Courtoy spare parts that can be shipped overnight.
