The Exchangeable Compression Modul (ECM) is removed from the press and rolled to a cleaning area. The cleaning process can be either manual or automated with the Wash Off Line (WOL) Procedure. Meanwhile the tablet press is running another product.

The product contact parts accessibility on the trolley or table for manual cleaning is far better than having the parts in a press.
