  • Measure critical fit dimensions
  • Rebuild using original Bowen parts
  • Test run (4 hours)
  • Painting

Atomizer Wheels

  • Complete disassembly and cleaning
  • Crack test by Dye Penetrant method (if required)
  • Replace damaged components
  • Repair damaged wheel bore
  • Dynamic or Static Balancing (depending on wheel type)

  • Shafts
    • Check straightness
    • Repair damaged journals and threads
    • Dynamically balance
