The Multi-Processor™ has been developed by Aeromatic-Fielder to meet the pharmaceutical industry's requirements for process flexibility. MP - The Multi-Processor™ is based on the principle that one basic unit can be used for numerous processes simply by interchanging a module.

The MP-1 is the ultimate Fluid bed processor for R&D and for the first production supply of clinical material. The MP-1 can be used for mixing, granulation, drying, coating, pelletizing and tablet coating. Niro has sold more than 100 units to leading companies like Abbott, Astra, BASF, and Bayer.

MP-1 can be used for Drying, Top Spray Fluid Bed Granulation and Bottom Spray Powder, Pellet and Tablet Coating.

The Multi-Processor™ concept is available in sizes ranging from the MP-1 lab unit up to full production scale equipment built in compliance with cGMP and the highest safety standards. Only the highest quality of materials is used to build the Multi-Processor™ giving you a long lasting and reliable unit for your process and development work.
