GEA Pharma Systems offers the single most comprehensive range of in-house designed and manufactured process units and systems to the pharmaceutical industry. GEA Pharma Systems will exhibit the following:

• GEA Lyophil FALCO™ - Freeze Drying automation system
• Collette Consigma®, a new continuous drying and granulation technique that enable pharmaceutical companies to do their R&D and production on the same machine (only the Consigma Granulation head will be on display)
• Aeromatic-Fielder STREA-1™ US Advanced batch fluid bed processor. It is designed specifically for GMP applications and it combines versatility with table-top practicality.
• Niro SD Micro™ R&D spray dryer
• Several different Buck® valves as well as the Hicoflex™ system
• Lighthouse Probe™ - a compact and cleanable in-process optical probe for use in powder processing
• Aeromatic-Fielder PharmaConnect™ - a new lab scale PMA High Shear Mixer / Granulator which is the ideal base for the development and scale-up of wet granulation products. The unit provides a single control platform to develop high shear granulation products in batches from 200grams up to 30kg.

GEA Liquid Processing

GEA Liquid Processing supplies process technology through detailed engineering, from conceptual level to manufacturing and delivery of modular liquid plants and automation that can be integrated into a plant wide operation. GEA Liquid Processing will exhibit the versatile GEA BATCH FORMULA™ mixing system and a GEA Niro Soavi laboratory homogenizer type 1001L (a.k.a. PANDA).
