The exhibit floor also offers a focused approach with pavilions for emerging and market-specific technologies.
The GEA Aseptic Blow Filling (ABF) is a complete new concept for aseptic filling: it's the world's first rotary aseptic blow molding machine with an integrated aseptic filler and capper. The principle is to sterilize the preform with Hydrogen Peroxide; then blow the preforms with sterile air in a sterile environment and maintain this sterility throughout the filling and capping process. Energy usage is kept to a minimum by the elimination of air conveyors, sterilization and rinsing carousels, water UHT sterilization, and steam. Achieving this minimizes the use of chemicals, requires no bottle rinsing, enables a simpler and smaller layout and reduces energy consumption. The whole system is more compact than traditional technology and requires fewer operators. Meet with plastic suppliers, leading contract and captive OEMs, from the packaging, bottling, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Discover new and emerging technologies. No other manufacturing industry directly affects as many sectors of the economy as plastics. If you represent plastics technologies, equipment, supplies and end markets, or do business with areas such as Engineering/Design, Manufacturing, OEMs, General Management/Administration, Sales/Marketing, Research/Development, Purchasing, Quality Control and Education/Training you can't afford to miss NPE2012.
