GEA Filtration

GEA Filtration supplies membrane filtration technology, systems as well as replacement membranes and service. GEA Filtration plants are used to meet special liquid separation requirements by utilizing microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, or reverse osmosis. The simplicity and effectiveness of our technology allows membrane filtration to be utilized in many different industries for the production of specific products, and in environmental applications.

GEA Atlas

GEA Atlas is the world leading supplier of freeze dryers and equipment utilized by the coffee, beverage, food and food ingredients industries. Freeze drying is a superior preservation method for a variety of food products and food ingredients. GEA Atlas freeze dryers set world standards for design, operation and quality. The delivery program includes plant sizes ranging from pilot scale to large industrial batches and continuous plants.

GEA Niro

GEA Niro specializes in the development, design and engineering of liquid and powder processing equipment for the manufacture of products in powder, granular or agglomerate form. Serving the food, food ingredients, and dairy industry continues to be a major part of GEA Niro's business activities. The food and dairy division of the company supplies food & dairy equipment used to process a wide variety of products. Evaporation & Crystallization

The GEA Process Engineering Inc. business group, Evaporation & Crystallization, is provides advanced process solutions for all applications in evaporation and crystallization for the food, dairy, alcohol, and beverage industries as well as for environmental applications. Based on dedication to research and durable quality, the Evaporation & Crystallization business group offers a wide range of solutions, from individual pieces of equipment to complete integrated plants, by uniting the state-of-the-art technologies of GEA Kestner S.A.S in France, GEA Messo AG in Switzerland, GEA Messo GmbH in Germany, Niro Inc. in the USA, GEA Process Engineering in France and in Italy and GEA Wiegand GmbH in Germany.

GEA Powder Systems

The GEA Powder Systems group which include the product lines of GEA Avapac and GEA Colby will focus on complete powder handling and packaging systems for high-value powders such as food ingredients, dairy derived powders, sweeteners, instant soups and sauces, proteins, spices and instant baby food formula. Also, GEA Process Engineering has recently acquired a leading company in the vacuum filling business, the UK company ADG. ADG is a leading supplier of powder packaging solutions for the industries of dairy and coffee and several other industries. For many years, ADG has been a world leader in vacuum filling equipment and has an impressive customer base with more than 2,000 filling machines installed. ADG will be part of the strategic business unit of Powder Systems under the brand name GEA Albro.

GEA Procomac

GEA Procomac design, manufacture and service all the key parts and components in liquid filling and bottling lines. GEA Procomac is especially know for their aseptic filling technology for sensitive beverages and their wide range of conveyor systems for bottles, jars, cartons, cases, shrink-wraps, and pallets. The complementing technologies of GEA Procomac and GEA Liquid Processing enable the GEA Process Engineering Segment to supply complete turnkey beverage plants including the filling and bottling.

GEA Niro Soavi

GEA Aerofreeze
