Niro Food & Dairy Dryers

Your Product - Our Systems Know-How.

Bringing a new product to market?
Today's food and dairy lines need modern technology that is innovative, efficient and reliable. Niro has the engineering solutions to help carry you from initial concept through design, installation and training. Whether it is a retrofit of an existing system or developing a complete new plant, our technical expertise and years of engineering solutions can bring your vision to fruition.

Specifications tricky?
Niro works closely with your product developers to engineer the best solution. In-house fabrication shop, large technical support team, complete systems or individual components, Small retrofits to complete plants, engineering feasibility studies, spare parts....

Niro will feature an animation showing the process and the features of the advanced Integrated Filter Dryer (IFD™). Niro has further developed and refined the versatility and success of the MSD™ by introducing the CIP-able SANICIP™ bag filter. The location of the filter assembly inside the drying chamber improves powder quality and gives total in-place powder recovery and cleaning capability. The combination of the integrated fluid bed and filter arrangement also simplifies the powder handling. Niro will also show an animation about the new features and benefits of the SWIRL FLUIDIZER™. The SWIRL FLUIDIZER™ is an agitated flash dryer for drying of pastes, filter cakes, sludges, slurries and viscous liquids into powder in one efficient step. Although the SWIRL FLUIDIZER™ originally was designed to dry products like pigment, kaolin clay and various chemicals it has lately been successfully applied to dry meat and sticky slaughterhouse bi-products into valuable products.

GEA Liquid Processing

Will demonstrate its capabilities in process integration with special emphasis on the integration of Niro components into complete process lines. Various automation screens and systems will also be displayed.

GEA Niro Soavi North America

GEA Niro Soavi North America will feature a full range of sanitary 3A high-pressure pumps and homogenizers. On display will be the new energy efficient homogenizing valve "The Nano Valve". The NanoValve enables the homogenizing process at lower pressures in most dairy, food and beverage applications. The NanoValve can be installed on all existing Niro Soavi homogenizers as well as on other brands. Niro Soavi will also exhibit the advanced Twin Panda pilot plant homogenizer which has been purpose developed for testing and process development of food, food ingredients, nutraceutical and dairy products.
