Hudson WI, March 1, 2012 As previously announced, the GEA Group has acquired Nu-Con Ltd., in Auckland, New Zealand, a major global supplier of powder handling components, complete powder handling systems and bulk filling lines. Now, due to the expiration of the exclusive representations agreements all future sales and services in North America for GEA Nu-Con products and solutions will be handled by GEA Process Engineering Inc.
