As you may have heard Procomac Inc. has been purchased by Niro Inc. (a company of the GEA Group) about one year ago. To enhance the synergies within the new organization, the Procomac facilities will be relocated to Niro Inc in Hudson, WI. In our new facility we will have improved engineering and design services, in-house production capabilities, a larger warehouse and additional resources for spare parts support.

We are trying to make this move as seamless as possible for our customers so we can continue to cover all of your needs. Please make note of these few of important dates.

  • From now until the end of March please place your orders with our McKinney, TX office as everything will remain the same accept for the following.
  • From March 17th you will start to receive your invoices from the Niro Inc. Please note the new remit to address on the invoice.
  • On March 28th we will be shipping our inventory to the Hudson facility.
  • On April 2nd we will be operating completely from the Hudson. WI office for all after sales, service and spare parts.

During this transition we will make every possible effort to have no disruption in service. Irrespective of the timing, all emergency orders will be processed in the usual most expedited manner possible.
