New One Pot Dryer From Niro Inc.

Collette NV introduces its latest R&D -scale One Pot processor, the Ultimapro™ 10. The Ultimapro™ 10 offers scientists maximum flexibility for process development. It handles batches of between 1 and 3 Kg and can operate using any currently available drying technique - vacuum, gas-assisted vacuum or Transflo™, microwave and swinging bowl.

The Ultimapro™10 is small enough to fit into the most compact of laboratories and be transported easily to wherever it's needed.

The Ultimapro™10 has the same bowl and mixer configuration as the production scale equipment allowing easy scale-up to pilot or production applications. It also includes a control system monitoring all critical process parameters.

The Ultimapro™10 completes the full Ultimapro™ 10 range, which is now available in sizes ranging from 10-L to 1200-L. The Ultimapro™ 10 design is also available without drying options as high-shear granulator (UltimaGral™) in the same size range (10-L to 1200-L).
