Cleaning-in-Place Nozzle with Retractable Design

Hudson, WI -The Niro Inc. CIP nozzle completely retracts into a vessel wall when not in use, totally eliminating product entrapment and process disturbances caused by other nozzles. The Niro design is permanently mounted and easily automated, constructed of 316L stainless and high-grade polymer. It can take up to 80 psig liquid pressure and is available in long (for insulated vessels) or short designs with a wide spray angle for maximum coverage.

The Niro design assures complete cleaning without the necessity for installation and removal before and after cleaning. Other advantages:
