Announcement — Name Change |

We are proud to announce that we are changing company name from Niro Inc. to GEA Process Engineering Inc. The name change is due to the significant expansion of our business activities which now includes product lines far beyond the traditional Niro spray drying / evaporation activities. The name change should also be perceived as an acknowledgement of the size, strength, and diversity of the entire GEA Group - making "GEA" the cornerstone of our branding worldwide. The company will continue to operate in its current structure and your contacts will remain un-changed. At the same time we will change all our e-mail addresses to first_name.last_name@geagroup.com to reflect and strengthen the GEA brand. The old e-mail addresses will continue to be operational for the foreseeable future. Our web domain www.niroinc.com will for now remain unchanged. Our new GEA logo that reflect the new and exciting times:
