Homogenizer Sizing TablesEvery Niro Soavi high-pressure homogenizer features the latest in design concepts for excellence in performance and reliability. The relationship between capacity and operating pressures for twelve models is available from these tables: For special applications, homogenizing pressure up to 2000 bar can be achieved at low capacities. The Ariete models can handle both cold and hot (up to 180°) fluids. They can also meet special operating requirements, i.e. operation to sanitary and aseptic specifications or need to handle abrasive, viscous, or corrosive fluids. The capacity data are subject to updates and revisions. All machine models are available in high flow rates of 100 bar (1500 psi) and 120 bar (1700 psi). |
