Industrial Presses From Courtoy

Stability and Strength

Courtoy industrial presses are constructed with a cast-iron frame for the highest stability and rigidity. The die table is forged steel one-piece nickel-coated with hard chromium coating. Each guide features a removable bush-and-scraper seal for greater protection and longer life.

The Courtoy air compensator allows the selection of constant force or constant thickness compression in the same press. Dual compensators for low and high forces allow production of both small and large components on a single press.

All presses are equipped with three different independent lubrication systems, one with automatic monitoring for the drive, a centralized system for different movements of the press, and a volumetric oil mist system for the punch holders. The drive features a unique design of worm-and-worm gear without play for shock-free operation. All cams are calculated by computer.
