Laboratory and pilot plant activities have been a vital part of the customer service offered by GEA Niro throughout the entire history of the company. GEA Niro has facilities in selected locations world-wide for testing customer products and developing new processes which involve the GEA Niro core technologies of drying and the associated upstream liquid-processing and down-stream powder handling. Over the years, much product know how has been accumulated. Pilot plant testing together with industrial plant experience has always been and will remain the basis for successful new projects that involve areas of GEA Niro technology. This page lists products which have been dried*/ agglomerated/ granulated on GEA Niro spray dryer, fluid bed dryers, airstream drying systems, flash dryers, steam dryers, spray drier absorbers, agglomerators and granulators. Note: GEA Niro supplies the technology of spray drying, fluid bed drying, flash drying and steam drying for drying the products listed below. We do not however supply these products.
