The Niro Sanitary Bag Filters SANICIP™ is the ideal accessory to complete your spray-drying system. An innovative new design incorporates a novel CIP solution manifold and bag design that allows cleaning in place without removing the bag. The product gives the user the ability to dry and collect different products in a single baghouse. The entire system can be cleaned between product changes without changing the bags, affording a substantial time savings and increased efficiency during production changes.

With our innovative top-mounted venturi, there's less particle scorching and more effective overall cleaning. Every Niro baghouse utilizes a circular design that eliminates product hang-ups in corners.

Niro baghouses are available in sizes up to 16 feet in diameter. However, you can call Niro and talk to a personal representative to learn about other available sizes.

Features and Benefits

The baghouse uses compressed air, with solid state timer circuitry to control a pulse-jet of air for reverse cleaning.

  • Top-Mounted Venturi: Mounted outside the filter, above the tubesheet. Eliminates scorched particles in milk products, allows more effective fabric cleaning and cleaning of tubesheet's underside.
  • Bag Filters with Split Cages: Can be supplied to optimize use of space, reduce overall height requirement. Cost effective.
  • Tangential Inlet: Enhances separation of particles in dust-laden air, reduces particulate abrasion on filters.
  • Round Housing Construction with Conical Outlet: More body strength without stiffeners as compared to rectangular systems. Circular design eliminates dead corners, shallow valley angles and auger removal systems for better emptying without risk of metal fines. Circular construction also decreases chance of material bridging.
  • Cone Heater: Contains heated housing cone, controls dew point ,and prevents condensation inside baghouse, thus inhibiting yeast and mold development.
  • Fire Suppression: A water deluge fire suppression system actuated by temperature sensors is a standard feature.
  • Sanitary Construction: Built to 3A sanitary standards and meets USDA acceptance guidelines.
